Construction methods: Vacuum infusion-laminated hull
The hull, as well as the deck and other pieces, are constructed using a vacuum infusion process, a technique that optimizes the fiber to resin ratio. The result is a hull and deck that are both very strong and exceptionally light. (that is very strong while being exceptionally light).
The advantages of using this technique do not end there. It is much more environmentally friendly, as it reduces resin waste and is much cleaner as well, improving our working environment.
Since 2007, we have built more than 100 hulls using this process, always under a strict quality control supervised by our qualified and experienced staff.
In addition, we do not use the spray-up technique in any case.
